Overland Bumper

The Overland Bumper is complete! 

Featuring a recessed winch mount which replaces your factory cross member located in front of your radiator. The bottom plate of the bumper is a solid piece of 1/4" plate extending from left to right. The front center fairlead plate is also 1/4" plate. The side plates which follow the contour of the WJ's headlight are made of 3/16" plate and the upper lip which slides under the headlight is 10 guage steel. The bumper mounts to your WJ with ten grade-8 serrated flange nuts and bolts (provided). The mounting system uses 5 bolts on each side of the chassis. Three bolts go under the chassis, including 1 bolt which mounts to the factory mounting location and 2 bolts go on the side of the frame rail. In summary, the mounting system is solid and reaches far back enough on the front end to stay in place during extreme winching loads. 

On Wednesday November 18th, we will be going to a local favorite trail in the San Bernardino National forest to get our vehicle stuck, and we will get it stuck bad! We will showcase the bumper in action on video, winching in multiple occasions. 

Shortly after, the Overland Bumper will be released for sale and pre sale orders will begin. We currently have 10 bumpers in production and turn around time should be 14-days or less (we are estimating).

This bumper is made for vehicles using up to 33" tires. It will have an optional bolt on stinger, bolt on bull bar and bolt on radiator support skid plate with 1" bars to form and follow the seven slots on the front grill.
