WJ - 1999 to 2004 Grand Cherokee WK - 2005 to 2010 Grand Cherokee (your hatch will sit 1/4" higher when shut after installing the new struts. The hatch operates, latches and seals as designed but it will sit 1/4" higher when closed. If you can live with that,then order. If it's going to bother you please do not order). XJ-Tight fit and clearance through the narrow XJ gaps in the body panels. You may have to grind down the tire carrier at the edges if you find any part rubbing against the body. Once installed and verified all the edges all clear, it works as designed. ZJ - 1993 to 1998 models. The upper mounting holes on top of hatch need to be drilled out to 9/16th. The fitment of the carrier is tight and narrow on the top bolts. Once drilled, you'll use a small pry bar to assist in getting the nuts on.
ATTENTION!!! Placing your rear tire on the back (hatch) of your vehicle causing an obstruction of rear-view may not meet your local State Vehicle Codes along with blocking your third brake light. Please check your local vehicle codes before placing an order. Buyer assumes all financial responsibility. It would be wise to purchase a 3rd brake light which mounts in the wheel well. Companies such as 4 Wheel Parts sell third brake lights.
Our tire carrier involves brute strength, power and force from the custom built struts to raise that heavy offroad tire into the air. There for, with all that brute strength, power and force, we call our tire carrier "Kratos - The Tire Carrier".
In Greek Mythology. Cratos was a son of the Titan Pallas (not to be confused with PallasAthena) and the goddess Styx. He was the personification of strength and power. The name is derived from the common noun Κράτος, meaning "force", "strength", or "power". The spellings "Cratus" and "Kratos" are also used.
Uncle Joe, weighing in at 184 pounds sits on top of his 97-lbs 35" tire all mounted to the Kratos. Excellent location to fish in the river from if we may say so...

Use and exercise caution when using Kratos on your WJ. Even though we have tested this modification on our WJ everyday for four months in different terrains, anything can happen. Your WJ's hatch was not designed to carry a spare tire on it. We figured out a way to get that tire on there and a way for the hatch to still open and stay open. Use common sense when opening the hatch. With the tire mounted, the hatch opens slowly so it won't swing up fast when opening, which is a good thing for the factory strut mounting location. A common exercise for us is to keep our hand on the hatch pushing it up until it fully opens. Examine your strut stud mounts every 1,000-miles to be sure the studs are bolted tight at all times. All-in-all, when you have a 90lbs tire above your head, just use common sense and always play it safe. Don't let anyone hang on the tire while driving. Do not leave your hatch open while driving. Do not hang any extra weight on the tire/wheel while driving! Do not play around the hatch area while hatch is open which includes sitting back there. Do not let any children play around the hatch while open, ever!.

HK Offroad's Shackle Tab Kit replaces the factory front tow hooks and is compatible with all our basic hidden winch mounts which did not come with shackle tabs.
Build and Material: The tab itself is constructed with A572 Grade-50 steel which is also used in building beams. It's welded to 1/4" plate and two 1/4" thick gussets. Mounted to your frame rails with Grade-8 bolts and frame sandwich plates which are also 1/4" thick. Take Recovery Seriously!!!

The Idea: To have a removable winch mounted to a tow receiver plate with solid D-Rings attachments. Recessed design, low overhang with minimal approach angle loss. To be mounted behind factory bumpers. The front tow receiver has many uses and comes in quite useful. 100% Bolt On.

Constructed from 14-gauge Steel and bent to match the contour of the lower ashtray, this switch panel replaces your ashtray panel. Select between my design which has eight switch cut-outs with or without three holes for USB/12-Volt/Battery Voltage etc or select CUSTOM to request custom size holes.

One very important detail: these plates are plasma cut on a plasma cnc. Plasma is basically a flame melting through the metal. The cuts are not 100% perfect like laser or waterjet cutting. The cuts will also have a 1/16th +/- tolerance. Custom cut panels are cut to your request and custom measurement if you are requesting different size holes than what we have drawn. We provide a proof of the drawing for your approval to cut. There are no returns or refunds on custom cut panels. Please order only if you understand and agree.

These are custom built and you'll receive a text from us after ordering. The HK Krawler provides better approach angles on the sides. The front of the bumper is slanted forward to give it a sharper more aggressive look and more room for 12,500lbs winches.

The plastic lower door cladding on the WJ Laredo model is... let's be frank, it's just a plain eye sore. Replace the plastic cladding with our steel lower door armor kit. These lower door panels are NOT meant to stop a boulder from crushing your door if you happen to slam into one. They're meant to replace the ugly cladding on the Laredo models. Best part about it other than looks and protection; if you scratch it, it can be removed, sanded and repainted for a new look at any given time and it's easier to resurface/repaint this panel instead of repairing your door.
