These are amazing and just what I was looking for! I bought them to flat tow because I wanted something clean and easy to handle. The installation took a bit longer with one person, but it was a straightforward weekend project with plenty of breaks. I used that piece of square steel tube to set the stock hooks on. A couple of good hits with a 4lb sledge, and they came right out as promised! I did need to drill my holes a bit bigger to allow for alignment, but overall, it was a very straightforward installation.

They're warped, dirty, rough, full of spatter and sharp edges. I couldn't even find a consistent measurement between the two. The plasma cuts are pretty bad. I spent a couple hours cleaning up the cover plates with a dremel before painting them. I really hope they fit better than they look. I regret not building them myself. If I knew they'd take 2 months to arrive and the workmanship was so bad I would never have ordered them.

The hardest part of the job was drilling out stock hooks to reuse on my install, outside of that im totally satisfied with the tow tabs there beefy. I will tow my Rubicon with total confidence

I have these kits on other jeeps and this new one the tabs are narrower. I now have to use spacers. I wish it was the samew as the old ones.

These solid shackle mounts are a HUGE upgrade to the stock recovery hooks. I like the fact that you can retain the hooks for the cosmetic look. HK off-road very informative. They included the safety chain braces in my order. I had these powder coated locally. Take your time on install. Figment is like factory. I wanted to keep the factory look and factory steel bumper on the final edition JL. Ready to tow behind the Coach.

It took a while to get these as Bam makes them to order, but let me tell you it’s well worth the wait. These are BEEFY! They come bare steel so you can coat them to your liking. Powder coat would be ideal, but my local shop had a three-week backlog so I just shake-canned them and installed. They look awesome and I have all confidence the Blue Ox tow bar would fail long before these puppies. Highly recommend if you want hard recovery points or intend to flat tow and don’t want that baseplate hanging down in harms way. Thanks for a great product!

Overall I like the product. I was a little disappointed that one of the D rings was really rough on the side like someone had taken a hammer and chisel to it. This took some extra work to get it ready for paint. It is a good design and fits the bill for adding clevis and flat towing.

Easy to install, the directions were pretty straight forward. Great communication with Bash, he caught that I ordered the tabs for a JK instead of a JL. Have a wheeling trip coming up soon so they will get a work out. I can say these things are stout and well made. Great option if you don’t feel like dropping the money on a decent bumper.

I wanted to keep the factory hooks along with the tabs. The bolts were not long enough, so I reused the bolts that came out of my tow hooks.

Fit was perfect and looks great. Easy and very secure connection for Blue Ox RV tow bar without having to cut the factory steel skid plate for the standard adapter. The standard adapter also reduces ground clearance. One picture is before the installation - silly OE crash cans and large plastic covers are still in place. The adapters for my towbar are a little wide and needed to be spaced but they fit great. I spent a lot of time looking for these and am extremely happy with the product.

Bash is really a godsend with the shackle tab kit. After seeing a high centered Jeep get dragged off of a high center because it only had hooks, I wanted to be sure I was prepared. I already paid for a bumper and didn’t want to pay again just to add shackles, so this fit the bill.
The install was on the edge of my comfort level, but I was able to get it installed without major difficulty. Fortunately, I had access to a grinder and drill to do the necessary modifications. I also got a can of flat black spray paint to touch up after the cuts. Since I’m all about matchy match, I did purchase some Mopar bumper bolts. The bolts in the kit are certainly adequate, but were a bit different from the stock bolts.
Bash is very responsive via text or email. I was missing a couple of clip nuts, but he had them out to me before I even got the parts back from powder coat.

I added a winch with winch plate to make it even stronger. Towed the Gladiator over 500 miles no problem. If you are concerned about safety cables ask them for the additional cable loops. Very responsive and will talk idiots through installation.

Install wasn’t hard at all. The supplied Allen bolts for the cover were short. I switched to regular hex head bolts. Although it may seem that they fit either side. The plate cover are L and R specific. Shackle mounts are extremely beefy. These are very well welded and gusseted. Even the underside you can see they were drilled and welded for even more strength. Very happy with these. Totally love the all business no bs look.

Impressed with the overall quality of the product. The welds look solid and the two plug welds on the bottom holding the shackle mount to the base plate was a nice surprise I’ve seen some shackle kits from worldwide name brand manufacturers and they simply don’t have the girth or weight that this kit has. It mounts in the best possible spot for stable and solid recovery point. The other guys shackle hangs down low and points down below the bumper acting as a potential anchor. Only thing I would change with my order would be to eliminate the factory hooks and make installation a little easier by not dealing with them anymore.

We added these to our 2024 Rubicon. Heavy duty and the perfect solution for flat-towing and recovery. We used a drill press to drill out the red hooks and the finished product looks great!
